KINGSTON: Cataraqui Arena - Tue Dec 16th, 6-7 am, Friday Dec 19th and Jan 2nd 7-9 am

LANARK:  Beckwith Recreation Complex: Wednesday mornings 7-8.  Nov 12th - Dec 10th
